By accessing or using WriteBeta.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WriteBeta.ai. By creating an account or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Service description

WriteBeta.ai provides AI-powered tools for content research, generation, and publishing. The service includes, but is not limited to, keyword analysis, SEO article generation, and CMS integration features.

3. AI content disclaimer

  • Accuracy: AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users must review, edit, and fact-check all output.
  • Compliance: Users are solely responsible for ensuring content complies with legal, ethical, and SEO standards.
  • No guarantee: We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic improvements.
  • No professional advice: Inputs and outputs do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

5. Acceptable use policy

You agree not to use WriteBeta.ai for any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Illegal, infringing, or deceptive content generation.
  • Spamming, malware distribution, or harmful automated activity.
  • Credential abuse, scraping, or attempts to circumvent platform limits.
  • Harassment, abuse, or violation of the rights of others.

6. Subscriptions and payments

We offer various plans, including Free and paid plans. Premium features may require a paid plan or the purchase of credits.

  • Billing: Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our merchant of record and handles invoicing and applicable sales tax.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard.
  • Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. The 7-Day Sprint Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

7. Ownership and intellectual property

The WriteBeta.ai platform and its source code are the property of the operator. Users retain ownership of the inputs provided and the content generated within their projects, subject to applicable law and the terms of underlying AI providers.

8. WordPress and CMS publishing

When using our publishing integrations, you are responsible for the permissions and content of the connected sites. We are not liable for failures caused by third-party API availability or configuration errors on your destination site.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WriteBeta.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
