Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account; you keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
Do yearly plans get the full allowance every month?
Yes. Yearly plans refill the monthly allowance every month. Unused quota does not roll over.
What happens when the Sprint Pass ends?
After 7 days, or when its limits are used, your account returns to the Free plan. The Sprint Pass can be bought once per account.
How do payments work?
Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record, which also takes care of invoices and sales tax. We never see your card details.
Can I get a refund?
First-time subscriptions can be refunded within 7 days with limited usage. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
